- One year ago, Hedding UMC comitted in a public forum to instituting a Teen Center.
- Ralph Howe acquired and Paul Flint integrated the systems
- Vermont State Surplus Equipment is mounted on modular carrels
- Teen Center can take place in any area of the Hedding facility
