I live in Barre Vermont, and I was employed for the last 4 years at the Vermont Department of Labor as their Linux and VSE system administrator, a system emulated on an IBM X series Unix platform under SCO.  I am an avid Linux user, python, bash developer and system administrator.  In addition I have taught Advanced Programming For The Unix Environment in C, so I intimately understand both C and Object Oriented Programming.  I am looking for opportunities that would allow my wife and I to continue  living here.  As I was born and raised in the DC area I could be on site based upon a completed contract and per-diem expenses.
