Wednesday March 12 Main level Exhibitors Setup
8:00 AM Setup Begins
- Upon arrival check in with Jeannie, at the Loading Dock for your registration packet.

All materials for Main Level Exhibitors will be brought in through the
loading dock from the rear parking lot of the Civic Center.
- A limited number of palette Jacks will be available
- Mulch will be available after 1:00 PM
- Bathroom facilities will be available but food service is unavailable.
- All Exhibitors, Vendors and Non Profits must be set up by 8:30 AM, March 14th because Doors Open (with ribbon cutting) at 9:00 AM.
Reminder:
- Exhibitors must supply all construction materials including edging, retaining walls, plants, accessories, and LABOR (Thanks!).
