March 13 Vendors and Non Profits Setup

12:00 Noon. Setup Begins

• Upon arrival check in with Priscilla at the Main Lobby entrance for your registration packet.
• Vendors load in at the Lower Level south entrance on left side of building as you face the main doors.
• Non Profits will set up their exhibits in Alumni Hall, second or third floor as per assignment.
• Reserved tables will have been set up in your assigned space.
• Best effort will be made to accommodate arrivals after 6:00 PM but there are no guarantees.
• All Exhibitors, Vendors and Non Profits must be set up by 8:30 AM, March 14th because Doors Open (with ribbon cutting) at 9:00 AM.
